You have not provided any system information or other technical details, so nobody can know what is going on. Start by reinstalling the program.
i would love to give you any system info and technical details if i knew what to give.
i reinstalled the program at least twice.
someone mentioned there could be a problem with my doouble video drivers-but i only have one
as soon as i open the photoshop program this message above shows immediatly and i can't get past it to open files
could it have something to do with an update from java?
what do you think?

Start Menu --> All Programs --> Utilities --> System Tools --> System Information or on Mac Apple menu --> About this Mac. Also provide the crash info from the Event Viewer/ Log Viewer if possible.
