    "Creative Cloud Desktop failed to install" every time I try to update.

      We have two Windows 7 computers set up with Adobe Creative Cloud running alongside CS4 (to maintain compatability).

       

      Every time we try and use Creative Cloud desktop, it must update, but fails every time on both computers with the message:

       

      "We've encountered the following issues: Creative Cloud desktop failed to install."

       

      Why? And what can I do to fix it?
