    Can't sign into Creative Cloud

      When I open the program from my desktop, a message is displayed "you've been signed out", and when I sign in, it goes back to that message. I have already tried restarting my computer, the adobe recommended steps of using the command prompt, and resetting my password. None have helped. I just purchased this and I still can't use it. The problem was fixed a few days ago randomly when I turned off my firewall, and I tried doing that this time and it didn't work. I also added the program to my firewall list of approved programs. I am stuck.
