    Registration form feedback


      I created a registration form for my new business.  At one point I could log into the website and get the registration info.  Now I cannot get to that page anymore, as if I never created the registration page.  Please help as this part is very important for my business.

          First thing to confirm is that you sign in with the same email address you used to sign in when you originally created the form, it may just be in another FormsCentral account, under another email address.


          If you have a link to the form you can reply to the email thread to the Feedback alias with that URL (or email jcorey@adobe.com) and we can look into it further.
