Everytime I try to import a .mov file with these specs:H.264, 1,920 x 1,080, Linear PCM, 16 bit little-endian signed integer, 48000 Hz, Stereo (L R)
Adobe premiere pro CC crashes with the error "sorry a serious error has occurred that requires adobe premiere pro to shut down" I am on Mac OSX 10.8.5 and I had this exact same problem with Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 which is why I upgraded.
Could anyone tell me how to resolve this?
Edit: Here's the crash report:

Do you have Soundflower or other audio programs running in the background when Pr crashes?
Do H.264 .mov files with different audio specs import OK?
Can you use Quicktime to demux the audio and video into AAC or AIFF audio files and Photo-JPEG or PNG (visually lossless) MOV files?
Warning: my MAC experience is somewhat limited and outdated. I can use Quicktime Pro on Windows to demux MOV files like I described.
