To convert from a trial version to full, I uninstalled Acrobat.
I cannot reinstall it.
I have already downloaded the cloud desktop application.
This shows Acrobat as 'upto date' although its no longer on my Mac.
What else can I do? and should I be asking for a refund of my cloud subscription as I can't access the software I am payung for?
Thanks for the tip. However, now I can't access any of the applications i had downloaded.
How do I get in touch with Adobe to discuss this problem directly?
