Yes, the CC will be active till the last date of renewal i.e till the next Bill date mentioned.

I appreciate the answers. I am still a bit confused. I am already in the first year period of Creative Cloud @ $19.99/mo — with CS2, CS4 and CS6 in my Adobe account as previous purchases. So, are you saying that I have to cancel my CC subscription on prior to my anniversary date (which is after the current promotion cut-off in May) and then subscribe again @ $29.99/mo (or whatever the promotion is at that time)?
