Welcome to Adobe Forum,
You have CC purchased on July 2012. You can reinstall it on your computer. The acrobat pro in CC does not come with livecycle.
There are no orders under volume licensing too.
Please let me know if you had purchased Acrobat XI pro upgrade from any store, if yes, please send the proof of purchase via private messaging.
According to your own site it did come with LiveCycle when I purchased it. http://forums.adobe.com/message/5053496
and according to your site http://forums.adobe.com/message/4853024#4853024
Ken G. Rice "@Fred_Munson - Thank you for sharing this. If you purchased a Creative Cloud subscription prior to October 15, 2012 you are eligible to download LiveCycle Designer. An Acrobat 11 serial number is not required. I will make sure you get your LiveCycle Designer and we will work to improve things on our end."
The question remains, how do I get LiveCycle back?
Thanks for the response.
Now the CC has upgraded, in CC it been upgraded to Acrobat XI pro with no live cycle designer.
You are correct that in the previous version of Creative Cloud, there was livecycle along with Acrobat X pro.
You can always purchase it separately.
I already purchased it with CC when I first bought CC. You taking it away does not change the fact that it was part of my initial purchase of CC. Adobe has said they would give LiveCycle to people who purchased befor October 2012. July does come before October, doesn't it?
Have you even read the posts I referred you to?
