what do i do???

okay so i had the trial version of creative cloud and when it was up i singed up for the 19.99 one app version. its payed for and all the information and data is fine but every time i try to open my app on my computer adobe manager keeps asking me to either continue my trial or enter a serial number. i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. restarting my computer. logging in and out again .... what is going on?

Hi mellmell190,

When you launch CC app's you might also see the option to license this software, click on it and sign in with your Adobe Id to activate the software. if still the same issue then please check the host file and remove all Adobe entries if present:

Windows

  1. Choose Start > Run, type %systemroot% \system32\drivers\etc, and then press Enter.
  2. Right-click the hosts file and select Open. Select Notepad for the application to open the hosts file.
  3. Back up the hosts file: Choose File > Save As, s

Mac OS

Log in as an administrator to edit the hosts file in Mac OS.

  3. Select the hosts file and open it.
  4. Back up the hosts file: Choose File > Save As, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.
  5. Search the hosts file for entries that reference activate.adobe.com (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and delete these entries.
  6. Save and close the file.
