Hi. I am an original user of Forms Central. One of my forms has stopped working. It is a mailing list. It accepts submissions and responds to the submitter but the submission is not emailed to the notification email address. The email is valid. The form is open.

While we can see that the form displays correctly it is impossible for us to test submission responses without access to the form itself. If you could make me (firstname.lastname@example.org) a co-author I'll look into the issue for you.
