    Billing without consent


      Please explain why, when I did not, DID NOT request an activation of my account there was an activation and my credit card was debited.



      I have the transcript of an online chat help where the fellow told me he cancelled it for me. You are not authorized to take that money out my account. Please refund it immediately.



      I cannot afford $50 a month to use Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

      I was going to join an alternative plan with Adobe to enable me to do this for $9.90 a month.

      Please attend to this immediately.
