    adobe cc doesn't recognize my account


      I purchased adobe cc telephonic.

      Many times i have tried to install the applications. When activating app i canchoose between a serialnr or a trial (strange since cc doesn't work with serials). I checked language, checked my data in my adobe-id, used the adobe cleaner tool before installing cc and so and so on.Since i ordered adobe cc by phone, i would like to check how my purchase has been filled in by the seller Maybe he has filled another language than I indicated (english international). I think namely that the problem might be in my account.
