Merging sub-projects into a main project outside the TOC

I have an old RoboHelp x3 project that used to have sub-projected merged into the TOC of the main project. The sub-projects also have common index keyword and a See Also Keyword. These sub-projects have now been deleted from the main projects TOC, and the main project has been re-compiled (HTML help), but the sub-projects still merge at the See Also and Index level. Besides the entries in the TOC, where else are they being saved?

Hi MoreAlphabetSoup and welcome to the forums. I haven't used X3 for awhile and no longer have access to it. It may be worth just deleting the main project's CPD file - this gets regenerated. If that doesn't work, check the project's index file in a text editor (.HHK in X5 but can't remember the file extension in X3) for any eroneous entries that may have been left behind.
