      I was supposed to have a free trial of the Adobe Creative Cloud Service, but I have been charged. I want this charge refunded immediately.  It is such a strange coincidence that I am unable to contact anyone to resolve this issue.  If I do not receive my refund, I will report you to either the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney General.
