Premiere Elements 12.1 Application Update now available

In case you haven't seen it there is an application update to 12.1 available via Help> Updates. Perhaps a forum moderator could put this in an announcement.

Do you have the Release Notes on the PrE 12.1 Update?

There is already a request for those in the forum, and I would be glad to publish an ANNOUNCEMENT with all of the info on the PrE 12.1 Update.

I've not been able to find any. All there was was the brief paragraph in the update manager that I neglected to screen dump (and I don't know if there is any viewable history from it).

Thank you. I have also been unable to find any documentation for PrE 12.1 Update either.

Hope that Adobe will get such up, and available soon.

I thought (maybe wrongly), John, that manual update downloads ceased with PSE/PRE10 and that for v11 & v12 the only mechanism is via the Adobe Update Manager accessed via the Help> Updates option in the application menus.

Well, when I go to the updates site for Premiere Pro it IS showing manual updates link for CC version 7 up to 7.2.1 dated 12-19-2013 so I would THINK that Premiere Elements will, someday, be updated to show a manual update for 12.1

Please excuse a Premiere Pro question in the Premiere Elements Forum, but curiosity got the best of me.

What exactly is in the Premiere Pro updates (without descriptions)......program "stabiiization and performance" perks or Camera Raw updates?

I don't use camera raw or the Cloud CC programs, so can't answer that... I was only posting the PPro update page as an example to show that the Premiere Elements page SHOULD someday be updated to show a manual update to 12.1
