    Could not initialize Photoshop because of a program error. Again

      I see this question has been asked several times but no seems to have an answer.

      I get the message from Adobe Photoshop CC when attemting to launch "Could not initialize Photoshop because of a program error."

      The error messesges from the PSErrorlog.txt are as follows;

      2014:03:07 11:49:35 : /Volumes/workarea/PS_14_Mac_Daily_Retail/20140207.r.570/photoshop/main/photoshop/xcode/.. /sources/UActionsCore.cpp : 5206 : REQUIRE failed

      2014:03:07 11:49:36 : /Volumes/workarea/PS_14_Mac_Daily_Retail/20140207.r.570/photoshop/main/photoshop/xcode/.. /sources/UActionsCore.cpp : 5206 : REQUIRE failed

      This is a Late 2013 Macbook Pro with OSX 10.9 Mavericks fully up to date.  Photoshopp CC is listed as up to date in the CC Manager and no other Adobe Applications seem to be effected.

      Deleting prefs and repeairing disk premissions have not helped.

      Any ideas?
