    Case ID# 0212548463 Change in Status

      I changed today from full CC to Photo only CC and recieved an email stating, "Since we were unable to bill the payment method on file, your subscription to Creative Cloud has expired and we have deactivated the paid features on your account. If you did not intend to cancel and wish to reactivate your subscription, please update your billing information. Why is this? I ended the full CC subscription and started a new Photo only CC subcription?
