1. Re: How do I remove and re-install photoshop?
John Waller Mar 8, 2014 9:33 PM (in response to Akashuia)Which version of Photoshop?
Which operating systems are the old and new computers running?
You can activate the software for use on a maximum of two computers at the same time so you do not have to deactivate or uninstall it on the old computer unless you want to.

the_wine_snob Mar 9, 2014 8:05 AM (in response to Akashuia)Welcome to the forum.
In addition to John's suggestions, if you DO wish to remove Ps from that first computer, before you Uninstall it, make sure that you Deactivate that copy.
- Also, along with John's questions on Ps version and OS version, do you have physical media, or did you install via a download?
- Do you have your Ps S/N handy?
Good luck,
Hunt

If you bought the software through Adobe.com your download is online there. Look for the My Products link after logging into the main web page (adobe.com).
