Please let us know which appllication is not opening and your operating system information?

Welcome to Adobe Forum,
I apologize for the inconvenience faced by you.
You have creative cloud which is deactivated, In order to activate :
1. I would request you to launch any CC product, you will get a prompt to buy or renew subscription, there will an option of " license this software", please click & sign in
3.You can log out & log back of the CC desktop app, it should work.
Or you can try :
Please navigate to this location and rename OOBE folder to OOBE.old
Once done please try again login to CC Desktop apps and let us know whether it fixes your issue.

NONE of my creative cloud stuff is opening. InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver or Illustrator. They go straight to trial and want a password etc as if I’d never had them. It’s not an error message. I have a lot of files in them and can’t access them for my work despite having a paid subscription. It’s never happened before. I am very annoyed about it. I have urgent deadlines to meet. It’s not good enough that this has happened.
It just goes to the trial offer screen.
WHY HAS IT HAPPENED! i HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR 3 MONTHS! I should not have to go through this! It is my applications which won’t open. They go to trial offer. Very bad to suddenly have this when I have deadlines to meet. There is no good reason for it that I can tell. I have paid the monthly fee. I feel cheated.
Please navigate to this location and you will find a file named opm.db or opm, please rename it to opm.db.old.
~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/ ( Please Make sure about ~ sign when you type it on finder).
Once its done please open your Creative Cloud apps and sign in with your Adobe ID.
Please open any of your CC apps and it should work.
It seems to be fixed now but WHY DID IT HAPPEN!
It happens when you computer is unable to communicate with Adobe server as the file opm.db is not updating with latest information.
If you rename it then the moment you sign in it creates a new file with updated information that sends message to your creative cloud apps that you have active Creative Cloud membership.
Glad to know it worked for you.
‘IT’ didn’t work for me! I should not have to go through any of that. It had never happened before. And it happened with all the Adobe Applications. UNRELIABLE!
May I know what happens when you open any of your CC app Jenny?
Is it asking to enter serial number?
Is it asking to activate?
Please describe the issue you are facing.
