However you can also privately message me order number that you would like to cancel, I will get that done for you.

I just took another run at it and this time I was given the option to cancel. So I did it in the browser... Thank you for your offer of assistance.
I do find live chat help to be inconvenient to the point of insult, that's why I was looking for a way to accomplish this without a big block of time invested
