If you have Creative Cloud active membership for CC Team and you have assigned seat to yourself or if you have CC individual subscription then it will be automatically activated.
- Close the Creative Cloud application.
- Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
- Delete the opm.db file or you can rename it to opm.db.old.
Please open your Creative Cloud app and sign in with your assigned ID.
Open any of your CC app and it should be working fine.
