Can you please share the exact error message that you get ? Please share your system details as well so that we can troubleshoot the issue accordingly.
There is just a message that that it has stopped working because of some Windows problem

Have you tried launching the product with Admin rights ? Do we have any external hard drive connected ? If yes , please disconnect and try the same .
