    Subscription payment went through but not given access to cloud???

      Greetings,

       

      My subscription plan payment went through on March 9th and the creative cloud is saying I have "00 days" left of my membership...when it was CLEARLY paid for on the 9th (even the cloud membership acct info page says this).

       

      I have a huge lecture to write and I use InDesign for it and now I can't do it because of this. This is a MASSIVE issue...MASSSSIVE issue...esp. with time being of the essence.  I tried to call the help line but there's a 40-50 min wait....I don't have time. I need this to be working now.....actually 3 hours ago...which is the time it's taken me to reinstall CC and muddle through the forums and phone calls.  MEGA inconvenience.....please help!
