Make sure that you are signing into FormsCentral using the same email you used to subscribe to the upgraded service, this is the most common mistake. However, issues do occur around the upgrade so I will forward to support to look into.
Is the email you used to sign into the forums the same you used for the upgrade?
Yes, Josh I am using the same email login etc. Would appreciate hearing from support soon, I need to create this form quickly.
