    Creative Cloud crashes as soon as I log in


      I am operating on windows 8.1.


      I am a trial user of creative cloud.


      I downloaded the Creative Cloud and was able to install it successfully. However, I have not able to start the Creative Cloud because as soon as I login, it crashes. I have tried and read numerous solutions provided in some other thread, however, non-worked for me. Is anybody still experiencing a similar issue?
