how do I download plugins and make them work

    T.Bux Community Member

I found a great plugin and several free ones.  I first tried to download one of the free plugins for Adobe C6.  Following all the instructions.  Then opening Adobe photoshop I opened a photo and went to edit == plugins == and did see listed the one I had just installed, so I choose it and said ok. == nothing happned!  So how do I use plugins?  Can anyone help me please?

      Thanks

          Good day!

If the plug-in is indeed fit for use in Photoshop CS6 you may want to ask the creator/s of said plug-in.

As you have neither revealed which plug-in you are referring to nor what your OS and hardware are etc. it seems unlikely that you can expect a lot of pertinent help here.

            Thanks,

The plugin is called Fractalius from redfield and I watched it on an Adobe video for PS6 == I succeeded in installing one of their free plugins but when I installed the Fractalius demo it just went to its destination file but won't do anything else == I am new at all this but will go back and try to revise my forum question.

            Thanks
