How can I customize the account activated page?

I'm working with livecycle rights management es4. I would like to customize the account activated screen. This is the screen external users see following successful registration and activation.

In case you are trying to customize below page, you might need to develop your own handler, since this jsp corresponds to LiveCycle in built external user handler.
