1. Re: What is the best folio size to publish Google Nexus 7?
Neil Enns - Adobe Mar 14, 2014 9:05 AM (in response to MABury)Are you using the native Android app or the legacy AIR app? What do you mean by "having issues"?

2. Re: What is the best folio size to publish Google Nexus 7?
MABury Mar 14, 2014 9:11 AM (in response to Neil Enns - Adobe)This is what the customer says in a review of our app: "I use a nexus 7, which according to the information given should have allowed this application to work! It did not! Clicking on the application produces the message: "ceramics monthly has stopped, ok". Earlier, I installed the "potter making illustrated" application, which worked for one month and then did the same thing, and has never worked since! I think whoever wrote these apps should check them and upgrade them, so that they at least work if nothing else!"
I have no idea. We seem to have a lot of issue with our Android customers and also low ratings in Amazon Appstore because of this. We use the 7" Galaxy II and the Kindle Fire for testing and they work fine. So I dob't know what to say to these people. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

3. Re: What is the best folio size to publish Google Nexus 7?
Neil Enns - Adobe Mar 14, 2014 9:15 AM (in response to MABury)Sounds like you are still using our legacy AIR viewer. I suggest trying our new native Android viewer. You can build one at http://appbuilder.digitalpublishing.acrobat.com/. Make sure you review our list of supported overlays first to understand the current limitations with the new viewer.
