You should be fine, The FormsCentral servers can handle a large amount of concurrent submissions How large of a group are you referring to? We'd be interested to know if you need distribute multiple forms because you expect more than the 5,000 submission limit in one form.
Thank you, Josh. I asked because that seemed to have happened by chance once before. Two people hit "submit" simultaneously, and only one person's data was recorded. The other one had to start over and complete the whole form again. Perhaps it was some other glitch that occurred exactly at that second, and I assumed they were correlated.
I had assumed the FormsCentral server could handle simultaneous submissions from many forms at once, given that you have so many customers. I was just concerned about people submitting to the same form at once.
As to the group size, there will only be 18 - 20 people completing the form together. Thank you again for your help.
That sounds odd and shouldn't happen, I'd imagine something else happened there. Did both submitters recieve a Confirmation message that the form had been submitted?
No, one person received the confirmation message and the other didn't. As I recall, when he hit, "Submit," he just saw the little icon cycling around and around until he got tired of waiting and called me. When I looked at my database, I saw that another person had completed the form at exactly the same time he reported. Only one set of data was recorded.
