Am attempting to render CS6 After Effects Compositions. Am getting blackouts on AE screen areas and After Effects warning message: After Effects warning: Unable to create image buffer. Unable to render out my work!
Have Master Collection CS6.
My computer is a Dell Precision T5600 Dual Four Core XEON E5-2643, 3.30 GHz, with 32 GB RAM and have Dual 2 GB NVIDIA Quadro 4000 Video Cards.
Am running Windows 7.
May have the answer to my own question. Will see... Spoke with an Adobe After Effects Tech and, remotely, he went into After Effects CS6 and went to Edit Preferences - Media & Disk Cache, clicked and okayed EMPTY DISK CACHE and also CLEAN DATABASE & CACHE. First composition I tried to render after that did so (took about triple the render time expected but, that's okay) beautifully.

Another thing to check, even if you have no more problems, would be what version of AE you're running. A lot of people on CS6 haven't updated to the latest version (11.0.4).
