    CC will not allow me to install Apps

      I have installed the Creative Cloud desktop app and tried to install applications but I get a continuously spinning loading icon.

       

      So I uninstalled Creative Cloud, used the Adobe cleanup tool, restarted, re-installed (many, many times...) and it still does not work.

       

      Running OS X Mavericks.
