I have also had this problem! I am disputing it with my credit card, because I don't know how else to solve this!
Try sending a private message to the person above whose response is marked as correct.
I was able to check your account and see that the subscriptions under your account are already canceled.
Also, the last charge that was made on your account was on April 18th, 2017 and after that, there hasn't been any charge made on your account.
I was charged on Aug. 7th, and every month since April by Adobe. It is not resolved!!
