I can't get spots to go away once they're selected. I select the brush, size it, click over the spot and nothing happens. Hold Option key, icon turns to scissors, cloud puffs, spot remains. Very frustrating. I've tried the delete key, etc. Watched the videos, everyone seems to skip the step to make the spot go away, or else I have a bug in my new software!
Please, what are the actual steps to go from spot to no spot (and don't leave anything out)
It's probably the same tool as found in ACR in Photoshop, but still probably best to ask in the Lightroom forum
You should be able to just click the hotspot in the center of the selection then hit the delete key. If your on a mac, you may want to try the backspace key. I have heard of issues where mac users could use one or other when there is an issue. But I don't recall which key was causing the issue.
