After upgrading to OS Maverick I can no longer open InDesign CS 5.5. The program crashes upon startup and gives the following message:
Thanks for your help!
see SING Removal
Following the process listed through the SING Removal link, I find that I don't have a SING folder.
The correct path is MacHD/Users/<yourname>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/SING. The <yourname>Library has been a Hidden file since 10.7 so Google how to open it.
Yep, I have revealed the library folder, but following the path MacHD/Users/<yourname>/Library/Application Support/Adobe, I have no folders or files labeled SING.
Have you tried to uninstall the CS suite, run the cleaner tool and reinstall?
Guys, Your in the wrong library.
According to the help article it's the SYSTEM library, not the user library...
Sorry, I have a SING file in both places. The one in the System Library as Peter points out is probably the one to trash as it has content where the other one doesn't.
