Please help us with more details about the error. Which CC plan did you subscribe to? What error message do you see when you try to download the apps?

I used to have a one year student subscription, I just switched to the one year student and teacher prepaid plan at the end of my student and teacher subscription last month. Now my apps that I have already downloaded (I am not trying to download apps) are saying that they can not be verified becasue my subscription is up when in fact I have prepaid for a whole year last month.
It probably has the old license information still in system. Just loging out and in again, should solve the issue.
