    Stuck in a 'Sign In Required' loop


      On launching Flash Professional CC, Sign In Required panel appears followed by Thank you message (Creative Cloud will now be licensed for [Adobe ID], click continue to enjoy the software), then Sign In Required appears again, then Thank you message and so on (forever).


      Needless to say, I am not enjoying the software.


      This happened after a problem with payment, but payment has now been resumed. Creative Cloud profile shows membership as active.


      Acrobat XI Pro continued to work, but Audition CC caused the same problem.


      I have uninstalled Creative Cloud and all apps, run the Creative Cloud cleaner tool, reinstalled CC and Flash Pro but the problem persists. I've repeated the entire process but still no joy.


      Please can someone help?
