You go to the Forums Index http://forums.adobe.com/index.jspa
And click the "down arrow" symbol on the right (where it says ALL FORUMS) to open the drop down list and scroll
John - what you sent suggests that "how-to" questions are handled via the forum. The link that Gurleen sent me indicates that phone, email, chat are available for download, install, setup things, but her words here suggest that I could use phone or chat to ask a how-to question.

Both are right. There's no either/or. No correct or incorrect.
You're welcome to try using Adobe phone or chat for how-to questions but most of the time they'll re-direct you to these forums or point you to an existing article buried in the Adobe Online Help - most of which you can find for yourself via a Google Search.
You'll generally get much better and quicker responses in the forums for how-to questions.
