The D4s is a new camera and full support isn't there yet. Preliminary support is available in the ACR 8.4 Release Candidate on Adobe Labs.
AFAIK that's the fastest any camera has ever been supported in ACR. So this must either have had top priority, or for once they received an advance copy to decipher.

Which version of Photoshop?
Support for the D4s has just been added to Adobe Camera Raw 8.4 (the plugin used by Photoshop to process Raw files)
However ACR8.4 is only compatible with CS6 and CC
If you don't have CS6 or CC then you'll have to download the free Adobe DNG converter 8.4, convert all D4s Rawfiles to DNGs then open the DNGs in your version of Photoshop
Thank you, I thought I had all the updates, but I guess this has to be manually installed as I had already updated today. I installed it and my files opened, thank you for saving me:)
