Steven L. Gotz Mar 17, 2014 10:21 PM (in response to mic333)It should not be too difficult if you had the camera locked down on a tripod. Just use a copy of the image and a garbage matte to put over the original. It might require one per light, or light fixture. Then you just use the Levels effect to darken the lights.
Or create a matte in Photoshop, or with the Title Designer.
But if the camera was not locked down, you will have to motion track the lights, and for that, I suggest you use After Effects.

mic333 Mar 18, 2014 1:23 PM (in response to Steven L. Gotz)Okay Steven, I'll give it a try. Originally, I tyried secondary color correction and isolated the lights using masking. But I couldn't darken them.
