Please launch the product and when you get the trial message , please click on License this software and sign in with the Adobe Id and password used while doing the purchase. This should activate the subscription under your account .

I have the same problem. Ever since I had to re install windows I constantly get signed out of CC and have to accept the terms for every product I open. I have registered numerous times and it is fustrating to be working on a project only to be signed out WHILE STILL USING your products and my fonts suddenly don't work because they are in typekit and I am "not signed in"
This is Ben from Typekit. I'm sorry you ran into this issue. It appears to be a bug. I'm checking with the Creative Cloud team to make sure they're aware of it.
