    Anniversary Dates STILL Not Working

      I have a client who uses the anniversary dates to sent out yearly invoices. The client set them up to go out 2013 and they all went out fine. Every time someone paid a invoice in 2013 the client would go and change the anniversary date to 2014. Since January the system has NOT sent out any anniversary date emails. Making my client manually send out invoice notices - there are about 50 a month that need to go out.


      I contacted support on Jan 15th. They acknowledged the issue and told me they would be looking into and closed the case and told me to check the blog for a fix. Its been almost 3 months now - and STILL NO FIX. I checked the blog and contacted chat support. All chat support could tell me was they know there is a issue and not idea when it would be fixed!


      So needless to say, I have a client that is pissed at me that is has been almost 3 months and still no fix for something that is apart of a system they pay for!


      Anyone from ADOBE want to help me? Here is my ticket number # 2710279.
