Could you please give a short info about what's going wrong with PS Touch running on your device?
The more detailed the better.
Photoshop Touch is not recognizing any photos on my device regardless of where the files are stored. I have removed my micro sd card, and exchanged with various others to see if a trick in the FAQ would work for me but nothing.
The only way that I can manipulate the photos is if I take the photos thru Photoshop Touch. About two months ago, I had been able to accomplish anything with the application. Those days are long gone. I have heard another option would be to do a factory reset, but I am not interested in that. I have had my device for about a year, purchased it new and have what seems to be about $ 1,000.00 just in applications.
How can you help me either repair what I have, or help me get a refund?
What do you see when you access the Local Photos in PS Touch. Can you try to trigger a refresh of the view by tabbing the "Local Photos" header.
If that won't help you can try to clear the Gallery cache. BTW. do you have a custom gallery installed?
The screen is blank. Tabbing the Local Photos does absolutely nothing. Where do I clear the Gallery cache? I have done nothing as far as customizing the gallery.

After stewing for some time, I realized that I had purchased an app to hid sensitive data files. Once I removed the files, all of my folders reappeared!!!
I am very happy have been enjoying PS Touch again!!!
