      I purchased the paid subscription and have been very pleased with Photoshop Touch for many months.  My love for Adobe came to a halt two months ago and have not been able to return my device to it's former glory.  I need some help!

       

      I have an Acer Iconia A500 and am running Android 4.0.3.  I have tried just about every reccomendation I have come across in Adobe's FAQ and am starting to lose faith. 

       

      Has anybody been able to speak with an Adobe customer care advocate for any support of any kind?  How does someone go about getting a refund from someone you cannot reach?

       

      I am open to (sigh) more suggestions.  I just want to be able to use the product that I purchased!
