      the following code i have on my button:

      who can help me?
      Thanx in advance

          where's triggerFadeOut()? it's not fading-out fade_MC is it? (if it is, that's a problem.)

          and you probably don't want to call fadeOut() until loading is complete. use preload code to determine when to use your fadeout interval calling fadeOut().

            I deleted triggerOut, that was i test. but no change...same ol problem. I have build a preloader in the extended swf, so a new one is not necessary...

            any other idea?

            ps : trace(fade_MC_.alpha);

              that looks like you're executing a fade-in and fade-out simultaneously.

                when i put break; in the source, it has no effect to the problem.
                are there any other solutions? maybe something else to try?

                thanx

                    you're not clearing your fadeIn interval (which is causing your two interval loops to run simultaneously once the _alpha>99), break does nothing in your code and you really shouldn't be using a 2nd parameter in setInterval() that's not a positive integer. try:
