    Why aren't subission receipts being sent when a form is completed/submitted?

      I've tried reaching out to Adobe customer support and have been put on hold for more than an hour at a time. When individuals complete our form (both from my account and the account of one of my counterparts), they are not receiving the automatic receipt back. Our IT representatives say that it's not an issue on our side and that they don't show that anything is being blocked. We had this issue one other time (I believe last year) and it got corrected. At that time I was able to use a chat feature to work through it. Now, all I can find are phone numbers and no one is available to help. We are getting very frustrated and may have to look to another solution. Can someone help???
