    Account not Cancelled - Billed for none use - New Account Not Working

      Serious Issue


      Please refer to case 0233561861


      I requested that this account be cancelled it hasn't and a payment has been deducted from my account.


      26th Feb $139.98.


      Please action the following:


      1. Please refund the amount and confirm the timeline of when this is happening or I'll contact my credit card company and have it reversed.

      2. Please assure the account is closed for good so this doesn't occure again.


      I'm not paying for two subscriptions at once our new account is regsitered in the netherlands.
