    Billing problems


      for the past three months, I have been billed $21 TWICE  each month. I do not know why. I have the 19.99 Adobe Illustrator plan. please explain

          Accidentally you have purchased two subscription for illustrator, One was purchased on Jan 13, 2014, the other other was purchased on Jan 12, 2014.


          They are registered under your E-mail ID provided here.


          I would request you to contact Adobe Support via http://adobe.ly/yxj0t6 & request for cancellation( without any cancelation fee) & complete refund of one of the purchase as it is a duplicate purchase.
