Hello. For a long time I was encountering an issue when doing a File --> Export --> Export to video. The export, regardless of the format I chose, would be end up being just a black screen, although the audio would play. This issue was posted as a question and was never resolved ( http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1356041?tstart=0 ).
Now it's gone from bad to worse. At least before, the file showed up in the Media Encoder queue ready to be exported (even though the export didn't work). But now the file doesn't even come into the Media Encoder queue. I screen recorded to show you. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-tupdj-wvfk
After I close Media Encoder I see a message in Flash saying "This file could not be imported by Adobe Media Encoder".
Here are links to the files via dropbox:
I am using Windows 8 and the latest versions of all the CC software ( I have Photoshop, Premier, Illustrator, Flash, Media Encoder, Bridge, and InDesign installed)
