    Unable to open Captivate 6

      I tried to open my Captivate  6 file a few days ago and was unable to open it. I received a Yellow triangle with a white exclamation mark when opening 6. I uninstalled and reinstalled 6 and I still receive the triangle with exclamation mark. Please assist. Thank you.

          Please provide more information.  What OS are you using?  If a MAC (which I suspect) did you just recently upgrade to Mavericks?  IF yes, then search this forum for threads on that issue to find the download link for the Cp6 update for Mavericks.

           

          If this is a PC issue, please provide OS and specifici Cp6 version details.
