Have you set up the "Email Notifications" feature on the "Options" tab and are not getting those notifications? This does have to be configured and does not happen by default.
I am having the same issue. I was receiving the email notifications but they stopped as of 1/8/15. I checked with my company technical people and they are not held up on my company server. I checked the settings in my account and it is enabled. Please help!
