I'm sure I don't need to explain the frustration of having to go through company IT support every time Adobe release a CC update.
What really gets me is that you can't sync Fontkit etc until you have updated (as you can't sign in until you update).
Does anyone know a workaround for this?
Yes, good news – in the most recent release of the Creative Cloud Desktop app, Adobe made updating optional (no longer required) to continue using it:
So going forward this should hopefully no longer be an issue for you.
